These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of foreqa.com and the Foreqa applications (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Foreqa Inc. ("Foreqa", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

tl;dr · Adults only. Real names, not bots.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. One account per natural person. Automated, programmatic, or shared-account access is not permitted except through the public API on Pro accounts.

tl;dr · Research tooling. Not investment advice.

Foreqa provides software for tracking, analyzing, and discussing publicly traded securities. Outputs of the Service — including AI-generated forecasts, screener results, valuation models, and price-target estimates — are research tools intended to assist your own independent decision-making. They are not investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials private. Notify us immediately at security@foreqa.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise, fraud, or abuse.

tl;dr · Pay monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime. No refunds after 14 days except case-by-case.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel from your in-app billing portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We offer a 14-day refund window on first payments; outside that window, refunds are issued at our discretion.

You agree not to:

The Service, its underlying software, and all materials we provide (other than your own data) are owned by Foreqa or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal investment research while your account is in good standing.

tl;dr · Markets are uncertain. Past performance is not future performance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or AI-generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, with notice except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of our country of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of our registered office, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
